Local Non-Profit Launches A New Site To Supply Local Kids With Backpacks “Packed For Success.”

St. Louis, MO, Release:  May 1, 2019.  For immediate release

Backpacks For Success has launched a new site for St. Louis Community members who want to change the lives of local schoolchildren who cannot afford or acquire essential school supplies to be successful in the classroom. The site offers information and a donation functionality to enable local residents, businesses and organizations to support local students in the St. Louis area who otherwise couldn’t afford the necessary school supplies (notebooks, pencils, pens, crayons & markers) that are required to succeed in the classroom.

More information can be found at: https://STLbackpacksforsuccess.org

Anyone interested in supporting their mission can head over to the new Backpacks For Success website and explore the different campaigns that empower St. Louis students to succeed. The site is developed Whole Brain Digital LLC and supported by the Backpacks For Success Board of Directors including founder Jenefer Weirich, local businesswoman Amy Mueller & attorney Drew Bolinger.

“Backpacks For Success is a platform for supporting children right here in the St. Louis community. Our new website is going to make it easier for us to provide excellent support for local school districts as well as businesses that are interested in supporting a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, whose impact you can immediately see. All donations and monetary support go directly to enabling local students to learn and succeed in their classrooms. Our mobile friendly website will allow you to contact us or donate to the campaign, securely, straight from your phone”, said Backpacks For Success Founder & Board Member, Jenefer Weirich.

The website features a range of information including current goals, campaigns, events, news and more which are intended to keep supporters updated on the growth of the organization, as well as drive locals to get involved in supporting their mission.

Additionally, the Backpacks For Success Team is especially interested in building mutually beneficial relationships with corporate sponsors who can take their mission and impact to the next level. “Our creative projects are intended to capture the attention of the public imagination and raise the profile of all parties involved through integrated and coordinated campaigns that can be adapted to a specific sponsors core company values”, said Board Member Amy Mueller.

In addition to the above-mentioned details, Backpacks For Success encourages teachers, principals, school districts and even parents to reach out if they or someone they know is in need of support. According to Weirich, reaching out to the team directly via their new website allows the team to more effectively and efficiently support children who are in need of the necessary supplies to succeed in the classroom. Using the online forms allows the Backpacks For Success team to follow up with all requests in a timely manner.

One of the most interesting things about the Backpacks For Success mission is that it lessens the strain on school teachers who sometimes have to spend money out of their own pockets to support classroom materials. Although there are procedures in place already to help teachers get the necessary school supplies, sometimes these routes take too long to get approved. Backpacks For Success enables students who are supported to show up to school every day with backpacks that are “packed for success.”

The organization is launching its first ever official campaign called “Give Five.” The campaign is intended to support five school children via a one-time donation on their secure website. The campaign allows for alternative contributions including “Give Three” and “Give One” options which help one and three students respectively.

Local business owners interested in supporting the Backpacks For Success cause are encouraged to reach out to secretary Kristen E. Fomon at 1-880-706-6051 or get in touch using the contact form provided on the site. Local residents or college students interested in volunteering their time to the organization can fill out a form on the “Ways To Help” tab on the website.
